Delete a phantom item in outline issue

I have a DOORS module that has a phantom object in the outline.

If I click on it, (>> Table), the cursor goes to the top of the module.

I see no way of deleting this object.

Any suggestions?

This is usually caused by deleting all the cells in a table but not deleting the all the control objects for the rows and table. Can you show deletions and delete the table from the graphical view? If not you may need a script to delete each cell, row object and finally the table object.
